First Dollar

The owners of Deep Blue Tattoo wanted us to do something special with their first dollar.  We were given total freedom in the design.  We chose custom waves, each one floating on the other, made out of suede matboard.  The whole project uses two separate frames, with matboard used as both a spacer and a element of style.
